About The Building Futures Project
Building Futures is a hands-on pathway for people who want to explore careers, grow workplace and life skills, and chart next steps—whether that’s employment, education, or expanded community roles. Expect work readiness training, community-based learning, and opportunities to try new roles in real settings.
We design learning that is supportive and confidence-building, and help each person step into valued roles—trainee, intern, team member—so growth happens in authentic environments with real expectations and real belonging.
